Shipping rates vary depending on the carrier you choose when you place your order:
Express delivery with DHL courier takes 2/3 working days – starting from € 14, depening on which country are you getting the shipment to
Standard delivery with DHL courier takes 4/5 working days – starting from € 14, depening on which country are you getting the shipment to

NB: with standard delivery Collanine Colorate assumes no responsibility for any problems with the order.

Shipping is free for orders over $120

Orders are shipped two to three business days after payment. Since the products are packaged at the time of order, a few days of preparation is required.

Once the courier has taken custody of your order, you will receive an email containing a tracking code to follow its progress online.

In case of shipment by post it is not possible to monitor the status of the order.

Once you have placed your order, you cannot change/add any items included in your order or change the recipient’s details or delivery address.

Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your package being returned or abandoned. Any shipping costs for the return or loss of items are the responsibility of the customer in such a case.

We do not yet ship worldwide, but for some destinations customs fees are applicable which may arise upon acceptance of the package. Collanine Colorate is not responsible for any customs fees.

Our products are all made at the time of order, meeting any customer needs, which is why we try to avoid returns. If you have any questions about materials or sizes please contact us before placing your order.

If you chose the wrong size or are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you can return it for free within 14 days of delivery and claim a credit to use online, or a refund of the value of the product. You will have to pay the shipping costs for returning the item.

N.B. Only undamaged products, which have never been worn, can be returned.

If the package has major damage, even before it is opened, it is important to take a photo of the outer wrapper + signature with reservation and report the problem to us by email. At that time we can start a file with the courier, and it will then be possible to open the package and check whether the product is intact.
This way the courier takes responsibility for the damage and compensation is possible.
