What are the shipping rates?
  • In Italy, our shipping rate is €5, regardless of whether you choose home delivery or pick-up.
  • Home delivery is made via TWS Courier and takes 2-3 business days from when the order is handed over to the courier. Home delivery times may vary depending on the destination and specific times of the year, such as Christmas or Black Friday.
  • You can choose to ship your order to a collection point using the Inpost service. In this case, delivery times to the collection point are indicated directly by Inpost once the order is shipped.

Free shipping to Italy for purchases over €120.

Shipments abroad :

  • Europe : Express delivery with DHL courier takes 3/4 working days – €12
  • United States : Express delivery with DHL courier takes 5-7 working days – €20
  • Canada : Express delivery with DHL courier takes 5-7 working days – €20
  • Rest of the world : Standard delivery with DHL courier takes 7/10 working days – €25

Pick up at Casa Collanine

You can order online and collect your package at our Casa Collanine store at Via Mameli 44, Milan.

When your order is ready for collection, you'll receive an email confirming that your order is ready. You'll have one week from the date of the email to collect it.

The store's opening hours are always updated on Google Maps, generally from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the time the order is confirmed by email.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once the courier has picked up your order, you'll receive an email containing a tracking code so you can track its progress online.

Can I make changes to my order now that it's been placed?

Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to automatically change/add items to the order or change recipient details or the delivery address. If you need assistance changing an order or shipping address, please contact us promptly at info@collaninecolorate.it and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in the package being returned or abandoned, and any return shipping costs or lost items are the responsibility of the customer.

Are customs fees included in shipping prices?

For some destinations, customs duties may apply and may arise upon acceptance of the package. These duties are in any case the responsibility of the end customer.

How can I make a return?

If you have any questions about materials or sizes, please contact us before placing your order so we can resolve any issues.

If you chose the wrong size or are dissatisfied with a product you purchased, you can return it within 14 days of delivery and request an online credit or a refund for the product value. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

NB Only intact products that have never been worn can be returned.

My package is damaged. What should I do now?

If the package is significantly damaged, it's important to take a photo of the outer packaging before opening it, sign for damage upon delivery, and promptly notify us of the problem by email. We can then initiate a claim with the courier, allowing us to open the package and verify that the product is intact.
This way the courier takes responsibility for the damage and compensation is possible.
